Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to The Barefoot Mechanic. We appreciate your support and strive to provide a great experience with every monthly subscription box.

Subscription Renewals

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize The Barefoot Mechanic to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until your subscription is canceled.

Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before your next billing date.

Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at irlanne@ptlautoworks.com.

To avoid being charged for your next subscription box, your cancellation request must be received before your next scheduled billing date.

Once your subscription has been canceled, you will not be charged for future renewals.

Orders Already Processed

Cancellation of your subscription does not affect any order that has already been processed, billed, or shipped.

Once a monthly subscription box has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, as outlined in our Return & Cancellation Policy.

Failed Payments

If your payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until valid payment information is provided.

Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, billing dates, box contents, or available subscription plans at any time. If a price change affects your active subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
